Notes:
16 September 2001 - Went in the 10 km Terry Fox Run - it wasn't fast and it sure wasn't pretty, but I did manage to run all the way in - let's be charitable and call it a benchmark - 1:04:21.
22 September 2001 - completely unreasonable registered weight loss we ascribe to water redistribution related to timing of a completely unreasonable amount of exercise over the weekend - on the other hand, for the first time we managed to host an entertainment event and stay within point range for the day -- a major accomplishment.
25 September
2001 - Whoops! There's some of it coming back! Experimenting with higher protien
intake. Not blowing it out last weekend encourages me to aim a little higher
on the points during the week.
27 September 2001 - the trots have struck - the bod doesn't seem to like those
fat free dogs.
29 September 2001 - the one extra long weekend workout is falling into place.
1 October 2001 - so hungry, couldn't help but pig out on a 5.5 point protien bar - try for half a bar next time.
3 October 2001 - turning into a tough week - too much work and too little sleep.
4 October 2001 - a definately out of control day -- yuck!
5 October 2001 - off to the Wedding and Thanksgiving (Canadian) Weekend -- wish me luck, as it were.
9 October 2001 - well that was exciting - a complete WW washout - yuck!!
